She is a very nice and productive person. However, after order, it's hard to reach her to get exactly what you want. We ordered from here; translation and local language video. She made it very well and it's a pretty video. However, We can't reach her to get a shorter version of the translation to put on youtube. She would like to charge extra fees​, again the same translation. Just be careful about those fees and else.
