Most horrible experience, no communication in fact user has tried to take advantage of the system. When you order they simply don't deliver, they will extend delivery due date with a text telling you they will deliver soon, your order on this stage is marked as delivered already and they simply just don't deliver until order is marked as completed. Now as a customer i have to start the process of reporting and getting refunded, total waste of time.
